01Who we are

Toolzilla ("we", "us") is operated by Duskel (a sole proprietorship), Lahore, Pakistan. You can reach us at support@thetoolzilla.com. By installing the extension, creating a license, or using thetoolzilla.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

02What the Service is

Toolzilla is a browser extension and website that runs pre-launch quality-assurance checks on a web page you are viewing and produces a report. Reports are informational; you are responsible for the decision to launch a site.

03Plans, licenses & billing

• The Service is offered on Free, Pro, and Agency plans. Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed monthly.
• Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the transaction, invoicing, and applicable taxes; your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. We never receive or store your full card details.
• A license key unlocks paid features on your devices. You may not share, resell, or sublicense a key except as permitted by your plan.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service on sites you are not authorised to test; attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service; resell the Service except under an authorised Agency/white-label plan; or use it for anything unlawful.

05Your content & clients

You are responsible for the sites you scan and the reports you share with your clients. On the Agency plan you may apply your own branding to reports; you are responsible for that branding and for your relationship with your clients.

06Intellectual property

The Service, its software, and its designs are owned by us. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per your plan. Reports you generate are yours to share with your clients.

07Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". A passing report does not guarantee a site is error-free, secure, or fit for launch. We do not warrant that the Service is uninterrupted or that every issue will be detected.

08Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost leads, revenue, or data).

09Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use paid features ends.

10Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use means acceptance.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to its courts.
